If you could do a check to see if a Large Patio Will fit In that L shape location I would be happy to put the SB on this. ~Edit~ I hopped on test server for myself so not to trouble you. and Sadly i wont be able to fit a patio on it so ill withdraw my bid. Great Location though! frustrated i couldn't get myself a patio on it . Welp them's the breaks GL with your auction!
Sorry about that, I went on test server and tried myself and it's one short. You cannot place a patio or Lmarble.
