Troll loot not in container

I've noticed that the gold found on troll corpses is sitting in the coffin and not the bag, box, or chest. This has been seen several times in the titans and cyclops valley, but not sure if happening elsewhere.

Ah, I have noticed the same thing with slimes I believe.

Ya, I've noticed trolls the gold never is in the container. Also with kirin(brown horses at oaks spawn)
Rats and giant rats have no container

Slimes, there is a container, but gold is in the grave

I've noticed form trolls and slimes as well. Will post if I see more.

On a side note, why do they have containers on them anyway?
