Hello, I though I would try something a little different. I have a Large Brick House near Wind / Despise that I have been slowly working on decorating for over a year. Now that I have done everything I want with the place, it's time to move onto my next project. I thought I would see if anyone is interested in having a beautifully decorated home instead of me tearing it down for parts.

The lodge is situated just East of Wind and Despise, nestled against the rock face of the Serpent's Spine Mountains. An iron and a shadow iron ore vein can be harvested from the safety of your house while sipping gin and juice behind the confines of a secure bar (where one might chose to consume a plate of rare but delicious donuts). The entrance is paved with a professionally dyed 10 piece Turkish rug leading directly to an open-faced hearth. Color coordinated furniture in the hues of agapite and burgundy has been strategically placed to give an open concept air while still feeling warm and cozy. There is plenty of storage in the way of a scorched chest and four rare whiskey barrels that provide a slight oaken aroma to the house. Two full book cases sit behind the main eating area to hold a wide array of fictional reading material. The security of the house has been enhanced to include additional lockdowns and fur carpeting has been laid, where appropriate, to dampen the echoing acoustics.

You are bidding on a combination of the house, the location, the decorations and the time spent planning, tracking down, purchasing and placing all of the deco.​

Thank you! I appreciate that such a purchase is a little bit of a niche. I see a lot of people asking for deco services so I thought I would test the waters on a market for a fully decorated home. I put a lot of time in it and would rather someone enjoy that at the cost of a little bit of gold to myself.

It is no problem though, I find enjoyment in decorating things. I'll move onto the next project in the near future.

I don't officially offer deco services at a set price. I find that the time I spend running around buying things up and crafting furniture far exceeds any reasonable value placed on deco time. However, if you have a bunch of resources and deco rares and would like someone to put in a bit of time to make it look appealing - I could help. Speaking frankly, the money is better spent on things like furniture dyes and plants. I'm a perfectionist and I spend a lot of time on color combinations and what-not, on the test server.

Shoot me a message and maybe we can set something up. I've decorated a number of places and had an equal number of deco projects fall through the cracks but I'd be willing to give it a shot.
