History books are full of some fascinating tales, but the books that are of most interest to me are of those tales that did not make the history books - those events in human history which spoke infinitely more than a thousand volumes of even the best kept historical documents. For historical documents, in all shapes and form, are the products of a biased point of view of those who are or would be rulers. No these tales that I will tell you belong in the memories of those who lived these days and will be best remembered by them. But I will do my best to share with you now those moments in human history that define us better than any scholar could ever hope to analyze in his greatest dissertation.
