A murderer or criminal's delight this home is a short sprint from the bank, teleporter, etc etc. Quite secluded on the northeastern peninsula of the island this home gets little to no traffic and has plenty of room for boat parking just beyond the steps. This auction will run until 24 hours after the final bid is made, according to the following requirements: Starting Bid: 150,000g Minimum Bid Increments: 10,000g Reserve Price: 300,000g Buy Out Price: 500,000g I may or may not sell for below reserve depending on how I feel at the time or who's got the high bid by then. I've put a few things around and with enough finesse, you could deco around it. I actually tried to move it at one point to get the plants a bit less obtrusive. However, I do like the flowers around the guildstone.
