"Who you gonna call ?" - Give someone inside the guard zone his 5th long term count and call the guards to get him whacked "AskChopper" - Report a bug
"Zealot of Virtue!" - Light a Candle at all Shrines of Virtue (chaos optional) "Suflare Vitale" - Defend the Village of Paws from a threat. (Kill an opponent in the Paws area that is an actual threat like a PK with 50+ murders, monster with more STR than a mongbat - i.e. Shadow Wyrm, Ancient Wyrm, Lich Lord, etc.) "QuestMaster" - Conduct 10+ playerrun quests involving 3 or more individual players (solo Questmasters see follow up Achievement) "I Stand Alone!" - While being logged in game, avoid all non NPC interaction for 7+ days (i.e. no other players' names showing up in your journal) "Army of One!" - Conduct 10+ player-run quests involving 3 or more characters which are all controlled by you.
"The Deathless One!" -- Have a character who goes 365 days without dying while ranking top 3 on a decent monster's kill leader board.

For stealing, I thought of something like: "Jackass" - Have a house key stolen from your char "UMADBRO" - Get poison/harm spammed to death from full health "See-Saw" - Take full MB damage with 100/100/25 stats "Jack Sparrow" - Fish up an aMIB "Captain Jack Sparrow" - Beat one aMIB challenge "Admiral Barbosa" - Beat all aMIB challenges at least once "Rotten Corpse" - Cast LP on another player "Shame on Wu" - Recall/Gate to the same blocked location rune twice "Thou vexxed ?" - Loose a duell against one of Blaises chars "Release the kraken" - Get killed by a shipwreck kraken you fished up yourself "Dalavar PlatHoarder" - Have a stack of 1000 plat in your bank box "Vendor buy the bank guards" - Call the guards on a crime in town while being walled in. "Gideons little helper" - Contribute to Gideons/Basooshs master guide "Falling apart" - Have a piece of blessed equipment break from wear & tear
