I am at 700 skill points across 7 skills. I turn one down and a new skill up.. the Vendor will not train my pointed up skill. Any ideas?
Do you get a System Message about it? When you have no points to train with, there is a message to indicate that. What happens when you attempt to train (messages?), what did you turn down and what is turned up? Can you screenshot the training attempt, with your skill scroll open showing the skills in question with their arrows? Please open your Journal and include that in the screenshot.
I'm actually not sure a vendor will train you in additional skills if you are skill capped even if you have a skill flagged. I will look into this but I suspect this is how it is now.
Tested: while at 700 point skillcap a player may learn another skill from a NPC (provided the arrows are correctly oriented). Either this is some isolated, one-off problem or, more likely, the player has mixed up the arrows. Screenshots plz.
I triple checked arrow orientation, even using Discord and losing Eval by .2 The vendor still was unresponsive to my request to train Discord and lower Eval. I will get some screen caps soon.
Hm, this isn't one of those weird situations where Discordance is sometimes known as Enticement, is it?
