Selling my Vesper compound + library. All items and runebooks will be left inside of the library upon transfer. All other homes will be emptied. Deed cost of these 4 homes total 1,992,900 GP. Myself and Descartes have runes to the CY. The only others who I know of that might have runes are Blaise and LesClaypool, but I am unsure. It has been "secure" for me so far, even through retraining several stat reds inside of the home. Keep in mind that you will be getting a library with this deal and all rares and dyed furniture that are in the library as well. The rug on the library steps sells for 600k, and the two statues on the steps are worth 120k in plat alone.
