Leave it how it is or increase it a little? Current standing lighting wand does less or just as much as a fireball, I think eval should be taken in account or the wands are useless. Now if eval is taken in account than also just take mana. So you can still use wands on the run just only when you have mana.
Leave them. You don't want someone cycling purple pots and a lightening wand (with eval taken into account) as you try to run away. As it stands now wands are useful in groups or as a finisher at the very end of a combo. I've landed countless kills with the little extra damage to top off a combo. It makes wands more skillful (for lack of a better term) instead of every other person running around spamming them.
HateCrime looted a Cupid's Bow off of me after CTF one night, when he finished the combo with a lightning wand.

I agree with HateCrime. Also the fact that you can run and cast these spells makes it all the more powerful. Incorporating Eval into it would just be too strong.
Exactly why Sandro (aka Ezekiel) coded them they way they are currently coded. The sheer fact that no one can really kill a properly equipped opponent 1v1, is a great testament to his ability to balance a very complicated PvP environment.
that's why you get skill and heal it just as easy as healing a lighting sync. Also it would take mana as the sacrifice for having eval included.

You can explo, explo pot, ebolt, and light wand a person in one dump.. the interrupt on light is op by itself without the dmg
