Why the Swamp Hate?

I browse the trade forums and discord often and it seems every post regarding housing has the same disclaimer request "not on swamp" or "grass only"

So why the Swamp Hate? I would guess the spawn but a lot of grass spots have heavy spawn too.

So why the hate?

(PS I live in South Florida which is a giant swamp and a sauna for mosquitos so maybe it's just something I am use to)

For me, the bad issue is the spawn and the fact that you will usually have lots of neighbors.. aesthetically speaking, swamps looks nice for me.

Endless stench and dampness, swamp gases, insects and drowned animals, as a result of the rapid spread of diseases and microbes. Short lifespan.

I have too expensive and clean clothes to even appear there ...

Swamp - hate, Florida - nice.

i dunno if its considered a "hack" anymore. but the stumphack deal with the art files?
does it do as good in the jungle? that could be a reason

I find them ugly, cramped with houses, many neighbours, diseases, annoying spawn.
