Looking for a house to serve as a training center for incoming players. I want to have everything all set up and ready to train various skills. Everything from a trunk full of magic wizard hats, training weapons, crafting stations, provo pens and so forth. I like this place to be close to West brit or a moongate. Im open to looking at other spots but the whole point is convenience. I want them to be able to walk to and from the training center and either a town or a moongate. Im open to all medium to small house sizes but its the spot thats more important. Larger the better but again, convenience. I dont need one that is right on a moongate. Yew is too busy for my noobs and Trinisic's moongate surroundings make me want to kick a puppy and a baby.
How close are you after? A screen or something distance or a tile from guard zone? There are lots of spaces on Moonglow island and possibly Vesper if you are after ease of the commute.
All depends on the size and convenience. Ill know the spot when I see it. Might not be available right now as well.
