I have a large brick a little north and west of Skara.... There is little to no spawn here, certainly nothing dangerous...... You will almost never run into any other players. You can send me an offer. The small house just to the south of this can hold a Villa. If we come to an agreement on the brick Ill drop the small when or if you want to place your own house there too.
