whats the going rate for each color mask? just curious if the price is worth me selling mine. Being away for 4 months makes you realize how much prices fluctuate (pec meat for example, 4 months ago it was 15k TOPS, now look at it). I once made a post to trade my brown mask for the shadow mask straight up, and also me slipping the dude a million dollar check and still got no bites.
1m for brown and 2m for shadow seems to still be about right, but it's just such a low volume item. Also, the guys who have the shadow one generally don't want to "downgrade". It's really a shame these just aren't dyable.
I agree with making them dye able, I disagree with the prices. I would estimate the shadow hued one at over 2.5-3m because of exactly what you said, nobody wants to downgrade. I stopped caring what i looked like even though I have a slab of shit all over my neon blue hair, but it's the taming bonus i'm really after here.
You might be right, a shadow at auction might fetch more if there are a couple people interested. I personally wouldn't bid more than 2m but others might. That being said, I would be perfectly happy with the brown at the lower price.
When life hands you lemons, go out and kill a thousand brigands until you find enough with hue 1845 clothing that you can cut it up and make your preferred style of clothing lemonade.
This is sort of what I was thinking if I end up with the brown. It's going on Captain Kangaroo, so going brown probably fits better than shadow anyway
Yeah, I like the brown. It goes well with my nonhued leather. Function first! Oh wait, does the mask even do anything? If it does, I can't tell.
