    Check Huzke's Vendor near the Vesper Cemetery (East Side). Lots of Elemental Slaying weapons and instruments. Any particular reason you want a Shepherd's Crook (and standing harp)?

    I just bought the Gnarled Staff and Mace off him at Vesper.

    Nice and cheap. all will go on display in the church once its done.
