Greetings, I am selling two keeps both side by side. One is on the road and the other has water in the front yard with room to dock a boat etc. These keeps are both on grass, both have little spawn, and they are able to be shifted east and west any which way to "clear your courtyard", if you will. None of that matters anyway pretty soon once Moats are released. Both houses are open so you can go check them out but the CY's are blocked off so no marking runes in there. The two small houses are placeholders so no one blocks that space IF the owner of the keep near the road wants to shift it downward and place it directly side by side with the lower keep. The top keep is also able to move to the left two tiles to get it closer to the road and further away from the bottom keep. The bottom keep is all the way to the right as far as it can go, it can move left but I don't see why you'd want to, the front yard created with the water in its current state is beautiful and I think this is its best placement. + SB 2M Per keep BI 100k BO 3M Per keep. 5M for the pair if the same owner buys both. 48 Hours after last bid. What's with the resource dump T? You better be raising cash for some stupid sandals or something and not be thinking about leaving!
and as far as the 'resource dump', those were 25% of my ingots. This keep was a buy and flip project. Or a buy 1 and flip into 2 project.
