Welcome to my sale! I've been sitting on this for too long and my attempts to return to UO:R have mostly failed. My goal is to bank what I can and stop having to think about this for a while. Firstly, I encourage interested parties to visit Blanche Isle to see it with your own eyes. My trash images do not do it justice and I am bored of trying to improve my game window resolution. I have not updated to the new client because I am a greasy pigeon. The property speaks for itself but I will speak for it anyway. Great for RPer, Guild (Any fishermen?), or literally anyone else bored of what you've got and looking for a cool house. Ultimate privacy, salty air, sunsets on the high seas. What more could one ask for? Perhaps you can't bank from a single corner tile on the 3rd Wednesday of each month when the sun is highest in the sky, but we have been blessed with the miracle of Recall for that. I would like someone else to enjoy this spot and while I have offered several people the use of it indefinitely on a co-own basis while I've been AWOL, nobody has taken me up on it. For the right person, I believe this is an end-game property and one of the best spots in all of Sosaria (for me, at least). I paid 10 mil for it and would love to break even. This shard is monied and I believe Blanche Isle is still worth that. No neighbours, obviously. 2-3 annoying spawn which can be boated off and I am happy to do this for the new owner. The particulars: This listing is for a straight buyout of 10 mil. This is a standard Small Stone Tower as though freshly placed (no upgrades included). Gold only. I'm not looking for trades of any kind unless you have something that really, truly knocks my socks off. I will definitely take you up on the co-ownership if it doesn’t sell, as I need this island for a taming PvP event. One of the best locations in game!
Legendary spot, but I am a lowly dirt farmer who fries his food in street oil. Perhaps one day my grandson may live here.
