Local spawn's relatively decent, wolves and leopards, bears and walrus' in the path to the dungeon entrance and more around the local housing. Right next to Deceit dungeon, western sandstone could work as a nice restock vendor, south one for a loot drop off, I dunno, I'm not a scientist. Either would work nicely for getting those tamers started as they were set up for originally. Selling them individually, House A is the western house, House B is the eastern house.
