    I am selling my fortress. Located in Snake's Pass which is due north of Britain.

    Features:
    • Surrounded by mountains
    • 17x cy lockdowns which come together to create a 100% secure recall friendly skybridge (425 plat value) **Cy lockdowns have since been temporarily disabled so you cannot do this at your own place, currently.
    • This skybridge operates exactly like the new moat bridges in that they were, upon being locked down, brand new tiles. There are 12 markable tiles, composed of oak middle tables with runners, 100% secure. These cannot be moved. What you do from there is up to you. The pics attached show my current setup.
    • I can leave all the oak tables there should you wish to keep the current arrangement, but everything else is leaving.
    • Ladder from courtyard to roof. (Pragmatically this is useless for me since I block off the entire base level cy, however different security setups could allow for its operation.)
    • Mine from the Northeast and Southwest spires.
    Auction details:
    S/B: 15 mil
    B/I: 250k
    Plat accepted @ 6.5k per
    Ethereals and blessed runebooks @ plat value
    Auction ends 72 hours after the last bid.

    ** To allow for people to bid w/o having to liquefy, the bidders will have 30 days after the auction to come up with the total.
    *** If you think the s/b and valuation is idiotic, please feel free to give me a free bump. I considered doing a lower s/b and a hidden reserve, but how lame are hidden reserves. The crux of it is, I am not willing to sell for less.

    I'm just gunna live with less. Spend more time roleplaying. Plus change is good, I've had my fun with this fort and its time to pass on the torch.

    I was half expecting by now to see a private offer he couldn't refuse by Mr. Jura. I suppose I'll be farming for the next 20 out 24 hours or the next 30 days hoping this doesn't sell.
