Sorry for the question, but... What this Holidays scrolls do?

They open an instanced event with holiday/christmas mobs. Each color opens a different instance. There's videos on the forum somewhere of them.

Ahhh I think I have one or two of them. Are that instances difficult? Or can be done easily by one char? They can be used whenever you want or only during some months?

Can be used whenever.
They aren't easy. Def need to head in with a friend or friends first.
Elf slayers help with red and green ones.
Dark elf Sayers for blue and white.
I'd suggest Provo dexers over tamers
