I have one too many mining houses so this one must go! For sale is the small tower in the below images on Fire island right outside a golem cave. I have never seen a neighbor so this is a great spot to set up a golem farm.

Is there a forge in the cave?

There is one outside next to the tree. It's covered by the second story of the log home but you can use a circle of transparency.
