WTS - Moonglow Guardline Sandstone - Iconic House - 2 Hours left

Alright people, up for sale is the Moonglow Guardline sandstone. I have not been able to keep up this location and my other vendor location, so one has to go.

This is a very high traffic area, so it is great for a vendor. It is right on the guardline so shopping and stocking is relatively safe as well.

This location is well known for the rune library which brings in tons of foot traffic and treasure mappers.

This house has 150 lockdown upgrades (210 instead of the normal 60). That's a 300 plat value (2.1 mil GP @7k plat value).

This house is a real money maker for anyone looking to get into the vendor business.

I am going to start the bidding at 11 Million, 4 mil less than what I paid for it.

If the bidding gets over 14 Million I will include the rune library.

I am going to run this action until at least Tuesday noon, after that it will be 24/48
