A majority of the people that would have bought these places and kept the market up have since stopped playing, or "taking a break". Another reason for the housing market to fall, is simply because you don't see people buying and selling any to keep the value intrinsic. Supply vs Demand.. our playerbase at this moment isn't interested in dumping 5 mil on a small house because they can get a keep for that price. Or already have 3 of them and a fort.
