This is a very quiet spot in the darkest forest of Britannia, one of the closest towers to the Hedge Maze (fraught with danger) for your overworld hunting and a great place to base an RP guild, or any guild. This was my 2nd of 2 houses and it will be missed - I'm sure you will love it. Minimal spawn and I've never, ever seen a neighbour. I think the sb is great for it. Stand alone tower, don't see many of those in that good of a spot. During events that spawn turkeys, fluffy/easter bunnies, leps, etc... this place would be awesome
