A lot of Keeps are on the market right now, but I believe this is the best one! First a little info; Small plot of grass South East of Yew, and north of Rat Valley. I am either the 2nd or 3rd owner of this plot of land, @Lightshade could verify the previous owners. The courtyard is very secure, I have lived here for quiet some time and never had anyone appear in there, but nothing certain. Two out buildings are included with the Keep, currently they are both Small Stone Towers. The west building can be moved to included another 7x7 or dropped to upgrade to a Log Cabin. The north can be upgraded to sandstone. Small amounts of spawn in the area, mostly forest creatures and monsters, the most dangerous being an Air Elemental. Its a great spot and well worth the asking price. The KoS Rune Library is 2-3 screens to the Southwest of it. It was always very quiet apart from a few Holiday Spawns that sometime wandered into the area from a few screens away. I never saw anyone in the courtyard the entire time I owned it. I placed it myself back in 2013. If you like lumberjacking, there's plenty of Oak around there, also.
I love how you deco'd this spot! The cloth swords on the roof were EPIC. Im sure it took one hell of a long time to box up! I look forward to stumbling across your new fort someday!
Thanks for the information LS! And we are off! Thanks! It didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would...unpacking is another story! New location is the north side of Dagger Island, and the cross swords may just make a come back with an addition to them!
