I have been holding some really great houses for quite a while without using them properly. I've decided that it's time to part with them and distribute them back to the shard. So, check them out and have fun bidding.

Conditions:
Houses are sold 48 hours after last bid when only one bid was placed, and 24 hours after last bid when two or more bids were placed.
Plat accepted @10k per.
Hcoins @5k per.
BI: 25k.
Private offers are welcome, in case you want to keep the new ownership a secret etc etc.

I never understood, why people weren't jumping on the "hype trains" in the last sale, when this house was on the market. Okay, it's not a small tower, but it's still like THE perfect small house (fun fact: it's nearly impossible to house loot a small marble workshop!) You have one of the best rune libraries of this shard in front of you, you have a arena moongate for easy transportation, you have the arena itself for 1on1 duels or simply run a vendor with duel bags ($$$), it's only a short walk to Moonglow itself, and to the north is one sightseeing spot of Britania: The lycaeum with like half a dozen scribes all waiting to sell you scrolls for macroing inscription! It's a perfect base of operations for any player.

Historical sidenote: Succesful vendors had been placed previously here. When it dropped, I didn't hesitate a second to buy it back.

I am online from now untill about 2AM GMT+1(Northern europe) so we should have a lot of chances to meet today. i will be in and out of chat because right now its 6pm and ive gots to get me some dinner in EST terms im 6 hours ahead,for you i think we are either both GMT+1 or one of us is an hour ahead or behind only @BlackEye .
