The biggest problem is it’s in Goblin Lands. Been empty for a reason, nobody wants a home where they can die to Reapers every time they recall home. Good luck though
I suppose if you're recalling with low health and don't mark your rune well, but it's not as though reapers hit terribly hard or even move. Just mark near the water south of the place and you're not going to have any problems. Plus free mandrake root and logs!
