You have a wonderful front yard in front of both homes of grass and then the ocean. There is room for a medium house to the west of the large keep and to the north if you desire to have an entire town.

Ya, this has got to be one of the better keeps I've seen in game. So much privacy + yard + ocean. I've lived in this swamp before and there is no swamp spawn where these houses are. Just beautiful green grass.
