Before I decide to place this once in a lifetime property up for regular auction, I am willing to consider trades for placed large keeps!! So if you have a large keep that is just idling away and want a chance at owning a property on one of the most traveled gate spots on the shard, let me see your locations!! Remember the last property(Villa) that sold on this gate went for 4mil~ (someone correct me if I am wrong), and although this is not as large of a house, all your vendors can be viewed from the safety of the gated guard zone. Sm. tower will be empty, and not with the shown deco in its current state. There is also one lock down expansion added to the house. I am just fishing here and by no means any posts are considered a "bid". Once/If anyone posts a trade and I decide I like the location(not a big fan of swamps) I will contact said person so we can work out details on a trade. Honestly, I think you'd be doing yourself a favor to leave the decor alone. I don't see anything there worth removing (ie: too rare to include), so keep curb-appeal in mind for your potential targets.
