To be honest, I wouldn't say I am going to put it to good use, if I am the buyer (from a community perspective). My goal is to make it my main house. I am crammed into a standstone a screen away (yep from a keep back to my notorious cluttered sandstone), and it is once again too small. I do love the area though.
