This is a great house to get started on only 1 screen away from Yew lich ruins! You can farm liches from your door without fear of pks or having to run to the bank for supplies or to stash gold.

Awesome house for someone getting started or for that guy who just loves hunting the undead with a silver weapon.

I really do not know the market on this server yet so I do not have a S/B placed but I am sure this is worth something nice I am accepting private bids but would prefer if all bids be made public thanks for looking.
