Lol that is the first time i am retracting from a bid I wish you good luck for your sale but seeing how you were behaving I doubt that anyone would dare to bid
A lot of bitchassness on this auction. Lander didn't retract his bid, and somehow you just hit the reset button and double the SB? You started off with pictures of a building that wasn't the one being auctioned - weird. How can you compare this building to the other ones currently on the market as far as value? They might be a screen or two away, but their locations dominate this buildings location. After a lot of unsuccessful trades and auctions, I'm starting to believe that the ball busting you receive is warranted and that you're the problem @Phillip. D+ on UOR Better Business Bureau.
So what's going on here? Lander bids starting bid at 500k? Phillip is bummed because nobody's bidding and changes the SB to 1 Million AFTER Lander bids? I think someone violated the Trading Post forum rules...
Chances of the alt account buyout? I reference the 15 million GP keep on ice isle he sold for immediate buyout after zero players placed a starting bid for weeks.
0 chance of alt account buyout I actually was partially involved and know the new owner of the fort. I have a history with @Philip he has a tendency to come on here and do funny stuff on the trade forum after drinking. So for anyone affected here I urge you to talk to him at a different time. He's a funny guy to deal with but not a bad fella. Good luck to everyone involved here.
it was the "pity" bid that got me. He offered to take his offer back so i took the chance. I will only sell to a buyer that wants the house, not someone who is only trying to pity me
The original starting bid on this house was 500k with a buyout of 2 mil. After repeated editing, I see that the starting bid is now 1 mil with a 4 mil buyout. For future reference, if you plan on changing the structure or price of your auction, please don't edit the original post. All it does is cause confusion. IF YOUR AUCTION HASN'T RECEIVED ANY BIDS, you can make changes by making an additional post within the thread with a clear explanation. This thread has become muddy enough and is now closed. Philip, if you wish to re-post this property, you may do so in a new thread and without all the editing.
