I think there needs to be some incentive to get young players to leave the young program. Right now, there's just no incentive to make them want to leave. Let's get these guys into the wild.

The young program becomes boring and unnecessary after a week or two of game time. Not sure any more incentive is needed.

Respectfully disagree with OP. Perfect for those unsure/scared/brand new to the world to take a good amount of time, or for those confident/reckless/acquainted with the UOR universe to jump in quicker.

My thought is to give them incentive to leave, not force them out. I just believe with a little incentive, more would leave a lot sooner, while still having the option to stay if they feel the need.

Owning your own house is a pretty good incentive. Making more money - another good incentive. Not paying premium prices on vendors (which I don't have a problem with) - a good incentive.

There are lots of good incentives to leave. Lots of good reasons to stay too.
