When you sign up for the forums it sends you an email that you need to verify your email address with. You cannot reset your password without that. However if you can log in, which it appears you can. You can change your password from the user profile section.
And I still can not confirm the turns! I come to the post office link, I follow it and change your password, and when I go to the game again message is displayed on the screen !!!
