As few know by this point, my good friend Zagyg has moved on to other realms and as others who have left before him, he will be sorely missed by me and I'm certain many others. As such, this event is in his honor and memory and will work as follows: There is no set start date. We can kick this off any time, as soon as we hit 'the mark'. The mark, is 600,000gp, which will afford us 20,000 casts of Meteor Swarm reagents. Donations will be accepted by myself, or my diligent agent and great supporter of the Freesist Events, Zyler. If you are unfamiliar with Freesist Training, you as a recipient need nothing but some decent hit points and a desire to gain skill in Resisting Spells. When 'the mark' is achieved, I will convert the donations to reagents through the magic of shopping for them. Shortly thereafter, we will open the doors to the training tower north of Minoc, and the event can start. 3-5 Casters will be positioned to cast Meteor Swarm, onto the crowd of trainees. MS will only do 1dmg, so passive healing should suffice. Bring your own bandages if you wish to work on some healing. I will start the pool, by contributing 100,000gp. Hail Renaissance and fare well Iolo FitzOwen, come visit sometime brother. Contributors indicated below. With my gold matching, total contributions now up to 900,000 gold. Thanks to all, this will start on Tuesday morning, ish. Bring your trainees to the tower north of Minoc Stables (how do we not have a picture for this yet?) and ping in IRC or just wait and you'll make your way inside. Any further donations received will be applied to the next session. 60k Casts worth of reagents have been purchased for this session.
