Is the quest scroll blessed? Is this something I should keep in the bank?

nvm, pressed the "help" button in the scroll and found the answer, yes they are blessed.

Keep in mind: they are blessed newbied up until you turn them in. The turned-in scroll, which opens the gate to the instance, can be stolen (and has). Reveal and take the requisite precautions accordingly.

also not blessed, they are newbie. If you go red while it's in your bag, it will fall on your corpse when you die
