SB deed cost (109,500) + 25,000 gold coins.
    BO deed cost x 3 (328,500)
Platinum coins accepted for full or partial payment valued at 7,000 gold coins per 1 platinum coin.
Auction will end 48 hours from last high bid, or at the time buyout price is reached.

As you can see from the pictures below, this home is almost surrounded by the mountain, yearning to be mined of all its' precious ores. While you're no relaxing on your en-suite balcony, admiring the mountain views, you'll enjoy having the ability to kill some of those wonderful elementals from the comfort of your front porch!

If you run out of gargoyle pickaxes, or just want some extra fun; just Northeast of this home lays a mountain pass containing two caves. Each cave is guarded by a golem.

Each cave contains a forge, and there is also one North of the villa in the picture, all for smelting convenience.

As the last picture shows, there is at least one vein from which you can mine marble elementals. In that picture, the vein is located just south of where Acme is standing.

Just to post an update here as a reply to some PMs I have gotten. First, sorry for my delay in responding. RL Work had me all day.

As JackDaniels changed his bid from amibs to gold, he is currently in the lead with 180k gold offer.

Everyone bidding, please keep bid increments of at least 20k.

This auction will end Wednesday evening, 48 hours after JackDaniel's bid unless someone bids higher.

Thank you all for your interest!

Can archers fire from the second floor balcony?

Yes. I just tested it out. So long as the target that the archer is aiming at is in far enough away from the balcony, an archer can hit them. As soon as the target gets next to the house (or on the steps of the house) it becomes unhitable with an archer.

However, I highly suspect that if the home owner were to install one of those craftable ladders onto the balcony, it would greatly increase the ability of an archer to hit targets in more positions.

In this picture below, I am testing out archery from the patio. I equiped a bow and made my nightmare the guinea pig. He was not happy. The arrows on the ground give an indication of where a few of my shots landed.

Through the clever use of ladders and oak table runners, you can place a platform over the front balcony for extended range
