What is everyone's way of taming dragons and such? Paralyze it and keep it that way until tamed?

David thats the basics but if you would like I can get in game with you later and show you how to efficiency keep paralyzed and tame with combinations of paralyze and paralyze field.

I personally do not use a macro I hand spam tame/last target to break "angry" (I find its quicker without a macro), and then keep a paralyze field up and try to maneuver the tamable along the long axis of the para field to get multiple paralyzes per field.

It will be easier to show than to type.

I will be home from work after 6pm EST tonight and would be more than happy to show you my technique which is extremely smooth and efficient. Not really "my" technique Im sure others do things the same way.

Also, if you have a pet or a way to decrease dragon/nightmare health prior to taming it helps ALOT by reducing damage from fire breath and converving mana on greater heals.

LMK if you would like a demonstration.

PS - the above technique is if you dont have peace...with peace you just keep them peaced while you tame and much MUCH easier, but....also a waste of a skill on a tamer template in my personal opin.....

    1. Place a workshop, or get friended to a workshop, near fire temple.
    2. Lure dragon to house.
    3. Ban the dragon from the house.
    4. Throw blade spirits at the dragon to get it low on HP.
    5. Stand on the ground level, a step out of its melee range, and turn on taming macro.

    :)

Por Corp Wis - I would like to see your technique. Right now my template is discord tamer but I was considering running peacemaking instead but that seamed like a waste to me.

Bassosh - I basically did that with scorpions and white wolves and Bulls! Lol great way to reuse it again.

This was/is a great method. That old workshop was quite useful!
