I posted about this awhile back however, I can now possibly illustrate my point better. A character of mine was recently jailed for it's first offense after failing the attended verification system. While picking cotton the gump appeared with one of the selections (the wrong one) directly over a cotton plant I was about to pick. I double clicked the cotton, the gump appeared after the first of my two clicks, I ended up in jail. Please, can the gump be placed anywhere else except for directly over my character? I can understand if the system needs to remain unchanged. Regardless of my recent experience I wouldn't want to sacrifice server stability over my request for change. What preferred method if any is there to have an erroneous incident evaluated?
When this happens (as it did for me as well), you can request to have the incident reviewed and likely stricken. I believe you can PM Telamon in IRC and when they look at the logs, they will make a decision.
I'll give that a go, if direct IRC contact really is an okay thing. Think I'll choose another day though... being patch day and all.
As above contact staff through a help page ingame rather than IRC and we can review and make a decision
