    @mikek85 please think thuroughly when saying tracking needs to be nerfed. Tracking is 100 points set aside that a player can use in scouting.

    I will counter with: Sacrafice self res. A player needs no extra skill points in order to self res up to 3 times in a row at full health + all of your items! As I am sure you know, self rezzing with your pets next to you vs enemies is a HUGE advantage... especially since this requires no extra skills points to do it.

    Yup. I paid the price of admission on that lesson.

    Luckily it wasnt very much. 1 basic gearbag and 80% of the loot from a lvl 4 tmap.

    I think what makes tracking op is when you can track outside the confines of the dungeon you are currently in(ie. Tracking thru walls to other hot spots so that you can cover more area with less traveling) that is the only thing I see wrong with it. How can I track a player in hythloth if I'm standing in shame...this is just an example BTW.

    Tracking does need to be corrected to disallow tracking through dungeon/area boundaries because they are close on the actual map layout (check UOAM).
    If the target(s) are not in the actual dungeon and level you're on, there should be no hits.

    Yes, I don't think tracking should be able to track through walls to other dungeons/parts of the world. Makes no sense realistically or lore wise.

    At least this should be changed.

    How often is sacrifice used versus how often a tracker uses tracking. Tracking needs a fix. Reduce to half the distance and eliminate seeing through dead space on the map to other places.

    Sorry Blaise can you clarify? So the dungeons are actually not close to each other, so tracking does not work. What do you mean the level you're on?

    I thought, he was complaining about the effectivity of tracking in general, ie. also about the non-bugged tracking within the same dungeon or in the outside world. And it's definitely not overpowered, imho.
