Its not mask dyed its a mob dropped green orc mask .

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but if you attack an orc with it on it goes poof.

I think it also damages you at the same time. Not 100% sure on it working that way here though, as I haven't tried it.

Very useful item though for certain types of characters (or if you just want to hang with NPC orcs for a while).
