Just wondering who owns this Villa and if they would ever consider selling it?
Location is the first Villa outside of Ice dungeon. House sign reads "You RAGING bro?"

That house has been there ever since I can remember, when i started here in 2014. We wanted to buy it too but never could figure out who owned it. I know it is/was a faction house but I don't know any specific names. I've never actually seen anyone in the house or actually using it, but i know it has been used because someone refreshes it.

Same here.. have never seen anyone inside it

If there's any interest I own the next villa over there

I have the South-West area as Stickyville, trying to see how far I can go

well you should consider my villa it is best to trap your enemy from both sides

As any first time home buyer would, your gonna want to check any flood maps and zoning records on hand prior to purchase...



OOOOooo.... Ya see here... You should know before hand that this site is in RRG owned territory.... Keep that in mind when determining if the asking price is fair...

I believe the RRG actually murdered the Sh5$ out of the owner of that house for trespassing in RRG owned territory within the last 2 weeks. I wanna say he was trying to tame a WW in ice but I could be wrong.





I wanna say it was Gonzo but it could have been Byakko. I'm pretty sure we saw them go into that house after they ressed, then head south.

The last time I saw that house being used, it was a house for the then active CoM group to hide in. Ebola or one of his accounts was the owner.

So you may try contacting, @Pill or @Air or possibly @Animal Control here on the forums to see if any of them know.

I one time owned it and quit and gave it away, came back and the person I gave it to now quit but I could get it back if the price is right. Whats ur offer?
