I've personally been seeing it anywhere from 8/8.5, is 8.5 acceptable enough?

I will get back to you tonight at 9pm central, I have work, but my starting bid of 440k still stands, because I do have a good majority of the gold, just have to get the last bit, and was going to use plat to finish it, but might be able to come up with the remainder
