Just set up a vendor south of the trinsic moongate at the ledge with some of my valentine's day loot. hcoin @ 4500gp per 5x whispering roses @ 35k per pink champagne @ 6k per scroll of strange love @ 6k per I have more valentine loot, so if it sells out I'll re-stock, if it doesn't sell I'll lower the prices until it does. The roses are flooded actually, I've been buying them for 10k each and have over 30, maybe farmed 2 myself. They are 20 hcoins on the vendor but dropping plentiful if doing the champ spawn. The hcoins were unvervalued tho.
Oh word! The roses are a super cool deco item (even better you can name them after your chars!) so it's nice to see them somewhat common.
