Starting bid for this amazing pair of footwear for the fleet of foot and fat of pocket book will be 5.5 mil. The buy out option for these beautiful sandals is set at 20 mil. ( buy out price edited to reflect new information gathered from other auctions). And, as an added bonus, if you select the buy out option for the sandals, then you also receive the gold robe and bless deed as a package deal (so long as another intrepid shopper has not already snatched up the robe and deed on their own).

a) Minimum bid increments of 10k gold for each item

b) Auction will end 24 hours after the last bid if 1 bidder, 48 hrs after the last bid if 2 or more bidders, and immediately if the b/o option is invoked.

c) I reserve the right to end any auction at any time for any reason (or for no reason at all) so long as the b/o option has not been invoked.

d) If a buyer backs out of a sale for any reason after the auction has ended the item will be re-listed and the offending party will not be allowed to bid on that item again. Be sure you want it before you bid it.

e) Plat will be accepted, reluctantly, at 7.5k gold per plat. Yes, I'm aware that's undervalued, but I'm more interested in gold so that's not accidental.

I'm rather surprised that the robes haven't garnered more attention.... Lots of yards of cloth available there if a robe just ain't your thing....

And that mug sure makes a nice frosty mug of ale taste all the sweeter.

8 yards of cloth when cut and with the drop rates, 350k is a long shot right now. Next year perhaps, but right now, I think anyone paying over 100k for a single clothing item is just being over zealous.

You may be right.... I had a lot better luck with my 2nd anniv. items about a year and a half after the drop. Might squirrel these away in a nice moth proof cedar chest for a while as well and see if the investment matures....

Gideon's bid stands at 5.5 million gold pieces. That bid is 3.5 hours old, roughly.... And since the only other bid was withdrawn that means we have 20.5 hours, roughly, to go on this counter....
