I own the loggy 2 houses from this and I will say I'm very happy with the location. I haven't seen any mob spawn. I will admit I had to kill a chicken last week that was making too much noise, so there is that. Location is awesome. If I hadn't bought and placed so many houses lately, I would bid.
next newbie you all see complaining that "there's no house spots on this server"... I suggest we all take them into the middle of the forest and kill em.
Totally agree! This is an awesome house spot and this dude is almost GIVING IT AWAY!! Seriously, people, there has to be ONE PERSON who is interested in this. All he needs is one, people! Let's go! Crack open them bank boxes and BID!!
No a Villa will not fit there, but you can place a small tower next to it. Tell the guy in front tho, that his villa will upgrade to a large patio house Back in the day, I placed houses all along that wall for fun PS, that's my Rune Library on the road
Small houses have NEVER EVER been a problem on this server as discussed 100's of times. Towers and up are what have been discussed, however since several of those discussions it seems some vets who had many property's have done what was suggested and started to unload some which is great for the server. I told everyone if you want a perceived more active server then sell those prime spots to people who will use them. Great job guys! thanks! bump
