the mechanics currently in place should have destroyed house looting, but people still make mistakes and get looted. I wonder if people will suddenly stop making mistakes?

For sure, I just think its a stretch to say it would be the end of house looting. I would agree that there needs to be some limitations.

And will await the opportunity to discuss them.
