So I finally GMed LumberJacking. My skills are: 100 LJ 100 Tactics 100 Swords 100 Anat 100 Heal 50 Mag 52 Resist Stats: 100 Str 100 Dex 25 Int I didn't consider that GMing magery last would cause such a problem. My question is what is the fastest way to proceed to GMing magery? Camp my Int up to 100 then drop swords to allow for meditation to gain so i can regen mana faster? Also, should I be camping to gain int? What is the best plan of attack from here?
Sounds like you got a good plan, camp up your int to 100, drop swords for meditation, mage blast away.
Also remember that the state divide at 100/100/25 will make you take upward of 47 damn damage per mind blast. Not sure if you were planning on keeping your stats that way once complete or not, just wanted to give some heads up just in case! Lots will do 90/90/45 or 90/100/55
That's definitely something I hadn't considered. I'm not worried about the gating so that's definitely an option.
Id drop anatomy if i were you. Atatomy will go back up to 100 SO MUCH faster. Jusr macro hitting and healing and using anatomy all on the same guy holding a weapon that they have 0 skill in using. Youll gm anatomy in seriously a couple of hours or so. At 70 magery your gheal will be around 36ish on average. At Gm, it will be 48-50. 30 med is so much nicer than 0 med BUT, and this is a big but, you limit yourself to leather armor. To me thats a big limitation for a third of a mana point extra every 10 seconds. Youll be all like "sweet fort bone chest that i can never wear!"
Thanks for the info everyone. I'll probably just suck it up and GM. 90/90/45 seems like a good stat breakdown, so I will shoot for that after magery is done.
