CTFers Rise! @Chris After unkept promises about daily CTFs, I resolved to take radical action. I have 8 of your companions at my mercy, in my dungeon. They have not been harmed yet, but my minions are bloodthirsty. For every day you do not meet my demands, one of your companions will be a dinner guest. List of demands: 1) Automated/ at least daily/ scheduled CTF 2) A ship, fresh horses and a safe passage to Lost lands 3) Fine booze to keep me busy during that voyage (not the store bought crap) Remember, you have forced me to do this. My minions may enjoy this but I don`t. It is all on you. You can stop the death of innocent people now!. Even if you decide to sacrifice your comrades, Don`t think We will stop with 8! I swear by the old gods and the new, there will be blood! I urge my comrades to take similar actions all over Britannia, immediately.
Dont players have the ability to make their own CTF happen, without the admins' involvement? Are there player owned arenas/towns on this server?
A group of people can always gather in a player town for a dust up... But can't set the kind of rules and objectives that CTF offers. I cheer for a daily automated CTF on rotating timezones so Euro players aren't forced into insomnia.
Aye but not the same times every day. For example, if you made it 7am and 7pm, i'd never be able to attend (i'd be at work at 7pm, and asleep at 7am). You also have to look at, if there were 14 CTF's a week, the server would turn into little more than people playing here for CTF. I propose 1 each day, but at staggered times throughout the week. For example (Central US times): Sunday, Midnight Monday, 2pm Tuesday, 4am Wednesday, 6pm Thursday, 8am Friday, 10pm Saturday, noon That would allow for daily CTF matches, and would allow for people with many different schedules to attend. If someone wants to schedule their life around that to be able to attend all of them, then more power to them!
