I have intentions of selling at this price. Its a gamble to see if more people will bid on it as it is lower then the deed price. For example there would be a possibility that i would gain a little. Auctions are a gamble. You can start it at deed price to make sure you dont lose any money. Or gamble and try to earn a little. Now get off my post
Fair enough. Actually I plan on keeping the house if I win. I bid before I even knew my bid was under deed value. I'm still half expecting to read you post saying "A private bidder PMed me and offered me the B/O" moments before the end of the auction though. I'll promise this just in the essence of clearing the air: If I do win, I will not be redeeding the house or replacing the house unless I need to in order to sell it or the plot sometime down the road. I genuinely want this L-Shape to live in.
