Currently town guards only accept murderer heads with bounties. I think they should accept all murderer heads regardless of bounty. Basically the only reason to hunt pks is to shame them with a IRC shoutout and this would allow pk hunters to get that shoutout for every head they collect. Then put a flood control on the actual IRC shoutout to prevent flooding.
What about counter bounty system that pk hunter can collect pk's head and put up bounty. And then pk can pay golds for their head for no stat loss (or other panelties that pk would pay golds for). In this case pk hunter would actively seek for pks because of the guaranteed bounty and pks would farm golds if they die rather than macroing to gain loss stats&skill.
How about we just have a statloss system that isn't a joke so when you kill a PK they might have a bounty?
